| I liked the way
you blended your experiences in India at Sai Baba's ashram with how
we should be living our lives as spiritual beings, and trusting our
Souls. The ending with your experience talking with the Baptist minister
was profound. I live in Dallas, Texas, where the Baptist Church believes
they have power over many and influence "their" political self interest.
It was interesting seeing Bill ask many questions. Very profound and
enlightening. I believe many Christians today are somewhat forced or programed to believe and behave a certain way, or the churches they attend will make them feel or believe that they are not "maturing" in their faith. It can be guilt driven and fear driven. I too believe the opposite of love is fear. God wants us to live in love, GOD IS LOVE. The message is so simple and wonderful. It is too bad religious groups have to complicate the message. God loves everyone. Ilana, thank you for your book.
